Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

No-show or last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full retention of the booking amount.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
Guests are expected to respect fellow guests, staff, local culture, and the natural environment.
Loud music, disruptive behavior, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
TTN reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises without refund in case of misconduct or rule violations.
Activities such as trekking, skiing, paragliding, rappelling, and other adventure sports involve inherent risks.
Participation is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by guides or staff.
TTN is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during activities.
Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or physical limitations before participating in activities.
TTN is not liable for health issues arising during the stay or activities.
Basic first aid may be provided; however, guests are advised to carry personal medications.
Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
Certain adventure activities may have age or fitness restrictions.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and cottages during their stay.
Any damage to property, furniture, or equipment caused by guests may be charged accordingly.
TTN is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
